Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) suggested some effective measures to the students to get rid of stress in the examination and suggested some ways to be adopted by the cricket players. In response to the questions of students in the program 'Examination on Examination 2020' (Pariksha Pe Charcha 2020) held at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi on Monday, Modi said that cricketers perform a pseudonym of rotating or throwing balls before starting batting or bowling in the field. Actually this is the way to relieve their own stress.
Modi, while suggesting the students to include himself in the activities related to the examination like fixing their pen copy etc. before going to the exam, said that by doing this, they will be able to get rid of the stress -borne stress.
In response to a question related to an Indian student from Tanzania to deal with the stress before the examination, he suggested that students not to make the examination a burden and said that the exam should not be allowed to become a burden in life. He said that if the students focus on their work in the examination, then they will be able to get rid of unnecessary stress and this reduces their difficulty.

'Fear of failing should not let your mind flourish'
Modi suggested the students to answer the first simple questions in the exam and said that this also increases their encouragement and creates confidence to answer difficult questions. He said that students should not be afraid of examination at all, especially the fear of failing should not be allowed to flourish in their mind.
Modi appreciated the organizers for giving the students the responsibility of conducting this program. At the end of the program, in response to a question asked by Punjab student Hardeep about the tension of the examination, he said, 'Only the marks of the exam are not life. There is no one exam for a whole life. This is an important stop. But this is everything, it should not be believed. I will also urge the parents not to talk to the children that the exam is everything.
Earlier, in response to another question related to the good use of time, Modi, while referring to the waste of time on the phone, said, 'Smart phone steals the time you steal, by reduced by 10 percent of you, you should spend with your mother, father, grandparents, grandmother. Technology pulls us and takes us to ourselves, we should avoid it. We should have the feeling that I will use technology on my own free will.
Request to read 'Exam Warrior' in the next two to three days
He requested the students to read the book 'Exam Warrior' based on the discussion program on the exam in the next two to three days. Modi said that he is not asking to read this book because he has written it.
The PM said that this book is based on discussion with students like AAP joining this program. Modi appealed to the students to connect life with the dreams of doing something and said, 'If you do this, then you will never have pressure and stress of examination. The exam is a place, the exam is not everything. There is not only the only way to go ahead in life, but there are many other ways.
Prime Minister Modi also thanked the students, parents, schools and states along with the Ministry of Human Resource Development, which organized it at the end of the program.
