Announcement of Uttarakhand Government- Fee will not be increased even by one rupee

Dehradun. The Uttarakhand government will not increase the fee of colleges by a single rupee. This announcement was made in the meeting of Higher Education Department chaired by Minister of State for Higher Education (Independent Charge) Dhan Singh Rawat. It was said that the fee being taken earlier will remain intact. It was also said that the fee structure structure will be included in about 11 items instead of 31 items. In the meeting, the fee committee headed by Dr. BS Bisht also presented its report.

Consideration of college development fund

It was said in the meeting that in February, a meeting will be held with the Parents Association, Students Union and Principals. In this, it will be considered to create a college development fund by mixing many items. For every college, it will be mandatory for every college to publish, audit the annual magazine and organize state and national event, great day.

Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said that in the year 225 posts will be sent for 225 posts, laboratory assistants, clerical class, librarian. Prior to this, the request of 877 Assistant Professor was sent, out of which 350 Assistant Professors have been received and 54 colleges have been given Rs 2 to 5 crore, the university is being given 20 to 40 crore rupees for books, labs, buildings, smart classes, sports materials, e-liveliry, sports grounds, installation development.

Money for purchase of books given to them

It was said that apart from RUSA, 100 percent books have been provided in proportion to the students according to the demand of the principals of 50 degree college. One lakh rupees colleges Amodi, Halduchod, Agaroda, Kamand, Pokhari Queli, Pavki Devi, Margubpur, Chudiala, Pabau, Barkot, Lambhgada, Maldhan Chad, Ranikhet, Sitlakhet, Pokhara, Brahmakhal, Talla Salt, Garuda, Mansi, Devprayag, Chandrabadani, Garbadani, Nandasaina, Nandasaina, Nandasaina, Nandasain, Khanpur, Vedikhal, Muji, Ghat, Vetalghat, Kichha, Agastamuni, Vithyani and College Pati have been given for books.

Similarly, 1.50 lakh rupees have been given to college Raipur, Mangalore, Patalot, Joshimath, Luxor and College Banavasa for purchasing books. 2 lakh rupees have been given to the college new Tehri for books. 2.50 lakh rupees have been given to the college Jaiti, Karnprayag, Khatima, Jakholi, Lambgaon to buy books to Sitarganj College to buy books. 3.50 lakh rupees have been given to the college Kotdwar Bhabar for books.

Building every college by 2020

It was said in the meeting that by 2022 every college building will be constructed and by 2020, 100 percent book donation campaign will be added to every college.

The meeting was attended by Higher Education Director Professor NP Maheshwari, Higher Education Additional Director Rachna Nautiyal and DC Goswami, Higher Education Joint Director Kumkum Rautela, RUSA Advisor Professor MS Rawat and Professor KD Purohit, Fee Committee President Dr. BS Bisht, Fee Committee Member Principal Dr. BN Sharma and Dr. PK Pathak were present.
